I don't know how the cleaning staff missed reporting it, but the rooms were all the same and cleaner. They replaced the broken blow dryer, but unfortunately, I couldn't use the new one due to the faulty bathroom outlet. It was disappointing to experience these issues, especially when you expect a relaxing stay with your family. The Wi-Fi was not reliable either, and I had to go two days without room cleaning. I had to request towels and coffee at the desk.
